Happy Mummy Monday! 

A quick shipping update... 

Last week, the Mummy's Always Right board book shipment finally cleared customs in Chicago. 

On Friday, the books were picked up for transport to the fulfillment center in nearby Joliet, IL. 

It usually takes 2-5 days for the books to get fully checked in and ready to start shipping out direct to backers... but as soon as that happens, we'll be uploading a file with all backer addresses and order details to the fulfillment center and your books will be picked, packed and shipped your way. 

Some of you who were receiving prints may have already received them (or will be receiving them separately in the mail.)

And in some cases, we've shipped board books with prints to international backers (who our fulfillment center won't ship to.) 

Regardless, we fully expect 100% of all orders to be shipped by the end of this month. 

We appreciate your patience, and I sincerely hope your little monsters love it as much as mine do. 

MUMMY'S ON THE WAY!

Hey Everyone, 

           Hope you're having a great day. I just wanted to give you all a quick update to let you know that starting next week, your copies of MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT are ON THEIR WAY! 

We had a MUCH longer delay in Customs than we had EVER envisioned happening but that issue is done now. Our printers have picked up the books and shipped them off to the Amazon fulfillment centers.

So, the next stop for MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT, is YOU! 

I want to take this time, again, to say how much I sincerely and profoundly appreciate all your support in making MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT a reality. This book has been a tremendous amount of fun to create. Being able to collaborate with my two daughters and all of you, to make this project the best it can possibly be, has been a dream. 

Posters and sketch plates were sent out last week so they should be arriving shortly as well. We sincerely appreciate all of your patience with the minor delays and can't wait for you to get this book in your hands. 

KickStarter has been wonderful, you ALL have been wonderful and this book has turned out better than even I could have imagined. (And I have a BIG imagination!)

So please be on the lookout for your books. We would LOVE to see your pictures and hear what you think about of MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT, so please send them along.

Good Morning Everyone,

                    I hope your week is off to a great start. I'm just getting back in the saddle after an AMAZING New York Comic Con and I just wanted to send out this update to give you some exciting news 

                     The BIGGEST news is that the books are IN THE COUNTRY! (Chicago to be exact.) So now we just have to wait for them to clear customs and then they will be on their way to the fulfillment center and out to YOU! We are on schedule and hope to stay that way. We want those books in your hands and the hands of those you bought them for by halloween. Although MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT is a book that can be read all year long, Halloween is definitely a GREAT time to make your first venture into Creature Cove. 

As all of you well know MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT is a family project for me. My kids (along with all of you who helped out on the Facebook page and through updates) helped make this book and can't wait to get their hands on it. And at New York Comic Con, the amazing people at KrakenPrint,  Sam and Jacob, were so amazing they actually surprised me by getting a single case of books from the shipment and brought it with them to NYCC. So I have seen the book and I say this in all sincerity, it turned out BETTER than even I could have hoped. The colors by Jules Rivera LEAP off the page. From the second you hold this book in your hands you're transported into the world of CREATURE COVE and MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT. The final product is amazing and I'm even MORE excited for you to get your copy. 

I was able to sneak two copies home to my kids and the response was beyond amazing. They don't want to put them down. 

The response at the show for MUMMY was great and I can't wait to hear YOUR responses when you all receive your copies. 

This book COULD NOT have been possible without all your support, feed back and word of mouth. So I'm going to ask you to keep that going when you receive your copies. If you and your loved ones enjoy MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT as much as I think you will, PLEASE post up videos, pictures, drawings or ANYTHING you are doing to show your enjoyment and support of MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT. 

PLEASE REMEMBER to fill out your backer kit survey so we have all the information to get your rewards to you as fast as possible.

MUMMY UPDATE

Hey Everyone,

                  Hope you're all doing well and enjoying your start of the fall season. I just wanted to give you all a quick update to let you know where we are at with the process of the fulfillment for MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT. We're currently still on our original schedule to fulfill the campaign in time for Halloween. Our printer has told us the books will be delivered stateside within the next few weeks and head right to our fulfillment center and start being shipped out to all of our magnificent backers. 

I'm having an absolute blast finishing up the last of these sketch plates to send along to the fulfillment center so everything including prints can all be shipped out at the same time. 

The original art Mummy Munnie dolls have all been shipped out. International orders take longer than domestic. If anyone ordered one during the campaign but hasn't received it yet, please let me know. 

The wait to have MUMMY'S ALWAYS RIGHT in your hands is almost over. I know my kids are looking forward to it and I certainly hope you and your little monsters are excited as well. 

We couldn't haven gotten this far without all your valuable input and support. Hopefully this is just the first step in building the world of Creature Cove.
