We told you that Mummy's Always Right was selected for participation in the 2016 Halloween ComicFest, an event most local comic book shops take part in.
Here are a few more details about that...
Retailers will have HCF Mini-Comic Polypacks of 25 copies of Mummy's Always Right Mini-Comic, available for fans to purchase and pass out on Halloween to trick-or-treaters, party-goers, at school events and more.
The 12-page mini-comic will feature a short story about GAWS struggling with the age old question that has haunted many a little monster... what should he be for Halloween?
Each pack of 25 is just $4.99. These mini-comics are a great way to give out entertaining stories to kids, and provide an alternative to Halloween candy for trick-or-treaters!
The HCF Mini-Comic Polypacks will be available to pick up or purchase in stores on September 28th and can currently be pre-ordered from comic shops.
Fans are encouraged to pre-order specific titles and the number of packs they want to prepare for their Halloween activities.
Now, this is a promotion that is being run entirely through Diamond and local comic shops... unfortunately, we can't easily add mini-comics to any orders because of that.
But, if you'd like to "Mummy-up" your Halloween festivities this year, we'd love it if you ordered a 25 comic Mini-Comic Pack of Mummy's Always Right through your local comic shop, and gave out some comics this Halloween!

I'll be sending an email with a special link to the Mummy's Always Right surveys, powered by BackerKit, later today.
It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
Tyler James from ComixTribe has helped set up the BackerKit survey, and he recorded a quick walkthrough tutorial in case you'd like to see how it works... (There's also some bonus goodies in the add-ons section that I think you're going to love!)
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link in the email you'll receive, fill it out, and you’re all good to go!
You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you will be able to recover your survey here: mummys-always-right-board-book.backerkit.com.
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.
If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at mummys-always-right-board-book.backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!

Hey Everyone,
I hope those of you who are stateside enjoyed a fantastic July 4th holiday this past monday. My family and I enjoyed celebrating with about 500 water balloons during the day and than about just as many sparklers at night. But it's not all fun and games at Mummy Central, so I wanted to post a quick update to let you all know exactly what we've been up to.
The good news is that the funds have finally CLEARED! Which means we can now really get the ball rolling on fulfillment. Soon you'll all be receiving your backer surveys to complete and get back to us. We'll be using Backer Kit for our surveys, which allow you to add on anything from the campaign you may have missed. The faster you get your survey back to us the faster we can start on fulfillment.
If you were able to snag of of the Mummy Munnies, those can be sent out as soon as your survey is turned in. To those who weren't able to grab one in time during the campaign, we will have a small amount available as an add on through the survey. But again at a limited capacity so act fast if you want one.
The Mummy's Always Right campaign has been an absolutely amazing experience and it's only just the beginning. GAWS and his Mummy are just the first of the residents of Creature Cover I'm hoping to introduce you to. There's plenty more to come. But I don't want to get ahead of ourselves just yet. Hope you all had a great weekend and happy Father's Day. Once again, thanks so much for making Mummy's Always Right a HUGE success.
I can't wait to deliver this book to all of you.
Here's a bit of housekeeping I'm going to cover in this update:
Now that the campaign is over, Kickstarter's payment processor Stripe will attempt to charge your card on file to process your pledge if it hasn't already.
As of right now, it looks like 95% of your pledges have already been processed. (Thanks!)
That does mean that 23 backers currently have not been processed.
Usually, it's because the credit card on file with Kickstarter has a passed expiration date. Kickstarter and Stripe will automatically follow up with you to try to resolve that issue.
You can aways log in to your account to make sure your pledge went through.
1. Log into your Kickstarter account.
2. From the menu, click Backed Projects.
3. Click on the Mummy's Always Right Project from your list of backed projects.
4. Scroll down to the "Your Pledge" information section, where it should show your credit card on file, expiration date, and whether or not your pledge was collected.
5. If it says "Collected" you're all set. Otherwise, you many need to address the card on file, and Kickstarter should help you do that.
In about 12-15 days, after Kickstarter and Stripe finish collecting and distributing the funds, we will be sending out a SURVEY, powered by BackerKit.
The survey will let you confirm your pledge, and select any add-ons you'd like, letting you see clearly exactly what you'll be getting, even if you've decided to customize your pledge.
No problem! The BackerKit survey will also let you add-on and pay for items you weren't able to pledge for during the campaign. All that information will be collected together.
